Creafund has supported a founder-led buy-out of Planet Group for a 30% share
Brussels – CFI is pleased to announce that they acted as exclusive financial advisor to Creafund, a Belgian Private Equity fund that acted as sponsor in the founder-led buy-out of Planet Group. Planet Group is a specialist staffing company with a focus on (a) care with the staffing of nurses and on (b) IT with the staffing of IT profiles. Creafund acquired 30% while founder Sam Baro holds a 70% stake.
Creafund is a Flemish venture capitalist, with particular focus on long-term growth financing or buy-out capital to support mature companies in their geographical or vertical growth.
Planet Group, a HR provider that can offer IT, HR and temporary staffing, The resources that Creafund contributes will serve to allow Planet Group to grow at home and abroad, and allow Planer Group to grow under its own steam and through acquisitions.
