Do-IT has been acquired by Lexxic
Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Do-IT in its acquisition by Lexxic.
Do-IT, founded by Professor Amanda Kirby, is a globally recognised “tech-for-good” company committed to developing impactful web-based tools. These tools are supported by training and consultancy services, delivering market-leading solutions across a diverse and expanding range of sectors, including corporate, justice, and education.
The Do-IT Profiler System is a web-based, person-centred platform for neurodiversity, cognitive, and well-being screening and assessment, designed to help individuals achieve their full potential. Alongside the Profiler, Do-IT has created a comprehensive suite of sector-specific neurodiversity training resources, enabling organisations to enhance their understanding of neurodiversity and foster inclusive practices.
Lexxic is a leading specialist in workplace neurodiversity assessment, training, and accreditation services. As a psychological consultancy, its mission is to inspire a world that embraces and values the strengths of neurodivergent minds, empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
This acquisition marks a pivotal moment in the growth of the Lexxic Group, incorporating market-leading digital solutions into Lexxic’s core services. The combined businesses form a comprehensive end-to-end neurodiversity provider, driven by research and data, offering a unified approach to neuroinclusion that addresses the evolving needs of both individuals and organisations.
This significant partnership brings together Lexxic’s established clinical and consultancy expertise with Do-IT Solutions’ innovative, technology-driven approach. The collaboration enables seamless support throughout the neurodiversity journey – from quick and accessible digital screening to personalised assessments, bespoke training for individuals, and consultancy and accreditation services for corporate and public sector organisations.
“By merging more than 30 years of expertise and dedication in the field of neurodiversity, we’re not just unlocking potential – we’re expanding it. Our collaboration will empower individuals and organisations, helping them harness the power of diverse talents in ways that were previously unimaginable. The combined impact of Lexxic and Do-IT together provides real opportunity for end-to-end delivery with two partners who value excellence and have a proven track record in the world of neurodiversity.”
“The CFI UK team have stood by me and the business for a number of years and have provided the most fitting and professional outcome via this union with Lexxic, a great success all round,” commented Professor Amanda Kirby, Founder of Do-IT Solutions.
