Easy Plastics Containers Corporation has been acquired by FirmaPak
Detroit, MI – CFI USA (PMCF Investment Banking) is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Easy Plastic Containers Corporation (“Easy Plastics” or the “Company”) on its sale to FirmaPak, owned by Shore Capital Partners.
Founded in 1979, Easy Plastics provides custom and stock packaging solutions from two manufacturing facilities near Toronto, Ontario. The company was started by the late George Seretis and the late Chris Grigoriadis and is managed today by Andy Seretis, Geena Grigoriadis, Nick Vayenas, and Nick Seretis, the company’s President.
The acquisition expands FirmaPak’s geographic footprint into Canada, broadens its capabilities in personal care and pharmaceutical packaging, and strengthens long-standing customer relationships.
