Fläkt Marine AB has been acquired by FPI Group

Gothenburg – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Fläkt Marine AB on its acquisition by FPI Group.

Fläkt Marine AB is a Gothenburg-based company specialising in the service and installation of HVAC solutions for the marine industry. The company covers the full value chain – from design through to commissioning and ongoing support – and has built a strong position through deep customer relationships, primarily within the cruise industry. Fläkt Marine’s products and services are used by customers worldwide. The company forms part of the newly established holding company Fläkt Marine Solutions AB, alongside CATC AB.

Founded by the families behind Mellby Gård AB, Profura AB, and Santhe Dahl Invest AB, FPI Group AB is a family-owned investment company with an unlimited holding horizon. The company serves as the long-term principal owner of small and medium-sized Nordic niche businesses, supporting their industrial development and growth.
