Fulcrum Robotics has been acquired by SGS
Brisbane – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Fulcrum Robotics in its acquisition by SGS.
Fulcrum Robotics is an Australian specialist in aerial, marine and terrestrial drone-based inspection and robotic services for the industrial and environmental sectors.
SGS is the world’s leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company. They operate a network of over 2,500 laboratories and business facilities across 115 countries, supported by a team of 99,500 dedicated professionals.
Fulcrum’s team of 16 experts will now become part of SGS, further reinforcing the Group’s technical depth and local presence in Australia. Their integration underscores SGS’s commitment to combining local innovation with global expertise to meet evolving client needs and drive progress in sustainability, safety and operational excellence.
