Established in 2020, Granlund Isännöinti is a residential real estate management company active in the Helsinki region and a subsidiary of Granlund Oy. Employing over 30 property management professionals, the smooth running of everyday living and the long-term maintenance of properties are at the heart of their operations.
Tapiolan Lämpö Group provides property management, maintenance services, landscaping, renovation, and HVAC services in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. It is owned primarily by residential and property companies in the Tapiola area.
