Home Pro Exteriors has been acquired by Aligned Exteriors Group


Detroit, MI – CFI USA (PMCF Investment Banking) is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive investment banker to Home Pro Exteriors, LLC (“Home Pro” or the “Company”) in its transaction with Aligned Exteriors Group, LLC, a portfolio company of Pearl Street Capital Partners and River Sea Network. 

Founded in 2012, Home Pro is a Midwest market leader in the sale and installation of residential roofing solutions, including installation, repair, and maintenance for homeowners and community managers. Headquartered in Ionia, Michigan, the Company engages the market with a bespoke sales system developed internally by the founder and world-class sales team with a systematic approach to foster customer trust and drive a high conversion rate from the initial greeting to sales. Home Pro has 12 existing locations across Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. 

Aligned Exteriors Group (“AEG”) is an entity supporting several roofing brands across the United States. Backed by both Pearl Street Capital Partners and River Sea Network, AEG provides roofing and exterior remodeling with a value-based approach to homes throughout the country.
