House of Hospitality has been sold to KeBeK
Antwerp – CFI is pleased to announce it has acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to House of Hospitality in its sale to KeBeK Private Equity (“KeBeK”).
About House of Hospitality
House of Hospitality is Belgium’s leading full-service provider of crewing and logistics services for the catering and events sector. The group supports corporate caterers, B2B event organisers, sports venues, festivals, theme parks and other hospitality-related clients through a broad service offering covering flexible staffing (a.o. waiters, bartenders, hostesses, chefs, kitchen staff), operational support, logistics, consultancy and related services. Founded in 2004 with the establishment of Flying Service, House of Hospitality has grown into a multi-brand platform with a strong presence across Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia. Its house-of-brands model includes specialised brands such as Flying Service, Kitchenstaff, MIRA, SKWD and PSP-Services for crewing, as well as HELS and Blackfisk for logistics, menu engineering and kitchen consultancy.
About KeBeK
KeBeK Private Equity is an independent Belgian private equity firm investing in healthy SMEs across the Benelux. Founded in 2012 by four former KBC Private Equity professionals, KeBeK partners with entrepreneurs and management teams to support companies in their next phase of growth. Its value creation approach combines organic growth, organisational strengthening and external growth through buy-and-build strategies.
About the transaction
The transaction marks a new chapter for House of Hospitality. Following a successful development phase with Dovesco as majority shareholder, KeBeK has acquired a majority stake in the group. Co-founders Rakki Amghar, CEO, and Wout Janssen, COO, are substantially reinvesting alongside the broader management team, while Dovesco remains involved as a minority shareholder. Together with KeBeK, House of Hospitality aims to accelerate its growth ambitions through organic growth, further expansion of its service offering, strengthening its market position and pursuing selective acquisitions in Belgium and, over time, neighbouring markets.
CFI’s role in the process
In 2016, CFI advised the founders of House of Hospitality when Dovesco entered the capital as a 50% shareholder. For the sale to KeBeK, CFI again supported the shareholders of House of Hospitality, acting as exclusive corporate finance advisor throughout the transaction process. Its work included preparing the transaction documentation, positioning the equity story, identifying and engaging with selected investors aligned with the company’s strategic ambitions, advising on key transaction terms, coordinating due diligence and supporting the route to completion. The transaction closed on 9 June 2026.
The shareholders of House of Hospitality: “CFI played an important role throughout the process, combining clear strategic guidance with hands-on execution support. Their understanding of our business, the sector and the investor landscape helped us find the right partner for the next phase of House of Hospitality. We are pleased with the outcome and look forward to continuing our growth journey together with KeBeK.”
