Hollywood Textile Service has sold its subsidiary HTS Rental to Finnish Lindström Group
Warsaw – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as the sole financial adviser to Hollywood Textile Service Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Hollywood S.A., on the sale of a 100% stake in HTS Rental Sp. z o.o. to Lindström.
Hollywood Textile Service, part of Hollywood Group, is a leading provider of healthcare and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) workwear rental and washing services in Poland. Its subsidiary HTS Rental is a leading provider of industrial workwear rental and washing services in Poland, with an annual processing capacity of 14 million textiles.
The acquirer, Lindström Group, is an international textile service company offering a comprehensive range of solutions, including workwear, cleanroom textiles, mats, industrial wipers, washroom services, and textiles for the hospitality, restaurant, and healthcare sectors.
