I-O Data has been acquired by AHC

Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it was able to provide financial advisory work related to AHC’s tender offer for I-O Data Equipment.

I-O Data is a leading manufacturer of quality computer products, including memory cards and multimedia cards.

AHC is an unlisted asset management company, which is premised on a subsequent delisting of the shares.

This transaction closed on 28 March 2022.
