Infroneer Holdings has acquired Japan Wind Development Co.
Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Infroneer Holdings in its acquisition of Japan Wind Development Co., Ltd. held by Bain Capital.
Infroneer Holdings Inc, based in Japan, primarily focuses on delivering comprehensive infrastructure services. Their work extends from the construction of private and commercial buildings, to civil engineering projects, to the manufacturing and sales of construction equipment.
The target of this transaction, Japan Wind Development Co., Ltd., offers comprehensive solutions for wind power, specializing in the import and distribution of windmill machinery. The company is actively involved in developing land for wind power stations and plays a crucial role in the generation and distribution of electricity from these stations.
