Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) sold 100% of its shares to Magnum Industrial Partners
Madrid – CFI is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) on its sale to Magnum Capital Partners.
ISDE, led by Mr. Juan José Sánchez Puig, is an undergraduate and postgraduate university specialized in the legal and financial field in collaboration with the Complutense University of Madrid. Currently, it collaborates with more than 250 associated law firms and companies from multiple countries.
Magnum Capital Partners is a Spanish private equity specialized in the Spanish and Portuguese mid and upper-market with more than 15 investments. Founded in 2006, Magnum is of the largest and most experienced private equity firms in the region, and acts as an active hands-on shareholder in its portfolio companies.
