IPC Industriprojekt AB has been acquired by Sertion
Stockholm – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to IPC Industriprojekt in its acquisition by Sertion, a subsidiary of Consolid.
IPC Industriprojekt AB is a Swedish group providing industrial piping, pipe assembly, maintenance stops, manufacturing and installation of pressure vessels and piping systems. The group is situated on the west coast of Sweden with a subsidiary in Norway and has revenues of app 250 MSEK.
Headquarterded in Örebro, Sweden, Sertion is a group of expert companies within pipework and plumbing. Focused on the design, installation, and service of water, heating, sanitation systems, industrial piping, and energy gas solutions, they have 600 employees and a turnover of 1.5 billion SEK.
Consolid is a Swedish private equity firm with an accelerated buy-and-build investment strategy that brings professionals together in the formation of leading businesses. Consolid consolidates private small-cap companies throughout Northern Europe with a particular focus on business services within the Nordics.
