IPS Gebäudetechnik AG and its subsidiary Berger Klima Biel AG have been acquired by bluu unit GmbH

IPS Gebäudetechnik AG (Bern) and its subsidiary Berger Klima Biel AG (Biel) are among the leading specialists in ventilation technology in the canton of Bern. With an established customer portfolio—including public institutions, hospitals, educational institutions, and commercial clients—they stand for regional roots, reliability, and technical expertise.

bluu unit GmbH is part of a Europe-wide alliance with over 900 specialists at more than 25 locations and offers solutions in the fields of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology, as well as data center solutions.

With the acquisition of the IPS Group, bluu unit has welcomed its first international members in Switzerland. CFI supported the sellers throughout the entire process. Their in-depth understanding of the industry and professional approach ensured that the transaction ran smoothly.
