Ironnet was sold to Valtti
Helsinki– CFI is pleased to announce that it has acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to the owners of Ironnet on the sale of the company to Valtti Kumppanit, a portfolio company of Adelis Equity Partners.
Ironnet, founded in 1999, is a Finland-based company specialized in providing comprehensive network solutions for enterprises requiring robust and secure data networks.
The transaction closed in June 2021.
