Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that is acted as exclusive financial advisor to ISE Foods Inc. in its investment by SMBC Capital Partners Co.
Founded in 1912, ISE Foods is Japan’s largest egg producer, and the 6th largest in the world. Operating with offices in Japan, China, Indonesia and the USA, ISE Foods controls the entirety of its egg production chain, including raising breeders, hatching eggs, raising pullets and layer hens to egg collection, packing and delivery.
SMBC Capital Partners is an investment management with offices across the glove. A subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), one of Japan’s leading financial institutions, SMBC Capital Partners specialises in tailor-made business and investment solutions.
