Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Japan Aviation Electronics in its acquisition of Tooltronix Ltd. from Alberta Ltd.
Japan Aviation Electronics Industry, Ltd. is a Japanese corporation that specializes in the design, manufacture, and sale of electrical connectors, including high-speed LVDS, HDMI, PCI Express, high-density, micro-coaxial, automotive, and board-to-board connectors. In addition to connectors, the company also produces systems equipment and aerospace-related products.
For more than 20 years, Alberta Ltd., operating under the Tooltronix brand, has established a strong reputation for advanced development capabilities and extensive expertise in applications for the oil and gas, geothermal, and mining industries.
