Japanese automotive part manufacturer Morikawa Industrial has acquired Yoshimei Co.

Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Morikawa Industrial in its acquisition by Yoshimei Co.

Morikawa Industrial is a Japanese motor vehicle parts and accessory manufacturer.

Yoshimei Co. is a producer of structural wooden products, such as laminated trusses.

This transaction closed on 2 September 2024.
