JW Rörservice AB has been sold to Assemblin
Gothenburg – Corporate Finance International (’CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor and project manager to Mulliner AB in the sale of JW Rörservice AB to Assemblin.
JW Rörservice AB offers heat and sanitary installations in contract and service assignments across the greater Stockholm area. JW Rörservice and its 31 employees are specialized in energy technology, license welding and medical gases. In 2020, the company’s sales amounted to 90 MSEK with an operating margin exceeding 17 percent.
Assemblin is an end-to-end installation and service partner with operations in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The company has annual sales of SEK 10 billion and has approximately 5 800 employees. Since 2015, Assemblin’s main owner has been the Private Equity company Triton.
The transaction closed on 30 April 2021.
