Keskisuomalainen Oyj has sold its property in central Kuopio to KPY Novapolis
Helsinki – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Keskisuomalainen on the sale of a property located in the center of Kuopio to KPY Novapolis Oy.
Keskisuomalainen Oyj is a Finnish media group and one of the country’s most significant regional media operators. The company is publicly listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
KPY Novapolis is a modern business hub in Kuopio, Finland, providing adaptable office premises, coworking spaces, and a wide range of business services.
As part of the transaction, Keskisuomalainen will also invest in KPY Novapolis and become a minority shareholder in the company. As of June 2025, the total market value of KPY Novapolis Oy’s property portfolio was EUR 192.2 million.
This transaction closed on 14 January 2026.
