Helsinki – CFI is pleased to announce it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Keskisuomalainen Oyj in its sale of the sheet-fed printing business of Lehtisepät Oy to PunaMusta Media.

Keskisuomalainen is a leading media provider in Finland, with a portfolio of print and digital magazines, digital outdoor advertising and radio, that reaches 3.1 million Finns.
