Koenig Machinery has been acquired by Diamond Brands
Brisbane – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Koenig Machinery in its acquisition by Diamond Brands.
Koenig Machinery are Australia’s premier laser machine manufacturers and suppliers, operating since 2014.
With a history dating back well over 130 years, Diamond Brands brings together a portfolio of market leading wholesale and direct-to-consumer brands, which are sold throughout Australia and around the world.
The owners of Koenig Machinery engaged CFI Australia to facilitate the sale of their business to compatible strategic partners. The process concluded with a private equity firm, Diamond Brands. Strong interest was expressed from a range of strategic and financial investors. The process was smooth and efficient.
