Helsinki – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Keskisuomalainen in its acquisition of Sanomalehti Karjalainen, Karelia Viestintä and PunaMusta Paikallismediat from PunaMusta Media.
Keskisuomalainen is a leading media provider in Finland, with a portfolio of print and digital magazines, digital outdoor advertising and radio, that reaches 3.1 million Finns.
In this transaction, Keskisuomalainen acquires the media businesses of PunaMusta Media including the subsidiaries Sanomalehti Karjalainen Oy, PunaMusta Paikallismediat Oy, and Karelia Viestintä Oy.
