Lemtapes Oy has been sold to H.B. Fuller
Helsinki – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisors to the shareholders of Lemtapes on the sale of the company to H.B. Fuller.
Lemtapes is a producer of ecological, innovative tapes and adhesives for the cardboard and plywood industries. Founded in the 1970s, Lemtapes focuses on circular economy in their product development to ensure their products are as sustainable as possible.
H.B. Fuller is the largest pure play adhesives company in the world and has since 1887 been a highly respected supplier of adhesives, sealants and other specialty chemical products to customers in 30-plus industries. From their initial product of premium liquid fish glue – known to “cement everything” from tin cans to barrels, they currently operate and create adhesives around the world.
