LH Vent Teknik has been acquired by Sandbäckens
Gothenburg – CFI is delighted to announce that they acted as financial advisor to LH Vent Teknik in its sale to Sandbäckens.
The family company LH Ventteknik was founded in 1991 and specializes in innovative and energy-efficient ventilation projects in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. The turnover in 2021 amounted to approximately SEK 150 million and the company employs around 25 employees.
Sandbäckens is one of Sweden’s leading suppliers in technical installation and property services. With focus on sustainable and energy-smart installations, the range of services include heating and sanitation, sprinklers, electricity, ventilation and comfort cooling. Today, Sandbäckens is established in around 50 locations in Sweden and has a total of 1,000 employees. The group is owned by the European private equity company KLAR Partners.
With this acquisition, Sandbäckens continues to broaden its range of services within property technology solutions.
