LIVIA Group has sold its portfolio company TINGARI to ManpowerGroup France
Paris – CFI is pleased to announce that it has acted as financial advisor to LIVIA Group in the sale of its portfolio company TINGARI to ManpowerGroup France.
TINGARI is an HR consulting firm with a special field of expertise in the assistance of job seekers, professional development and transition. It has been acquired in 2018 by LIVIA Group, a German independent industrial holding focusing on the acquisition of underperforming companies with operating improvement potentials.
With a turnover of €40m, TINGARI employs approximately 450 people in 69 sites throughout the country. The company is a leader in the public employment services market with Pôle Emploi and France Compétences as main clients. It also works for the private sector on reorganization and restructuring projects.
TINGARI now joins the Talent Solutions France brand of ManpowerGroup France. This acquisition is part of ManpowerGroup’s strategy and ambition to diversify with one objective: supporting the achievement of full employment in France and promoting social inclusion.
