Maquire has been acquired by Broviken Group
Stockholm – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Maquire on its acquisition by Broviken Group.
Maquire was founded in 2007 in Gothenburg with the ambition to gather the best recruitment consultants under one roof. Since then, the business has evolved into a specialized HR competence group with a focus on executives and specialists. Through the brands Maquire, Jerrie, Tidwell, and Flipr, the group assists companies and organizations throughout Sweden with recruitment, interim management, and leadership development.
Broviken is a privately owned corporate group that makes long-term investments in sustainable Nordic companies within the service sector. Today, Broviken manages approx. SEK 1.4 billion and has made over 25 investments, including additional acquisitions, since its inception in 2018. The managing partners at Broviken bring extensive experience in developing service companies and aim to work actively together with entrepreneurs to enhance companies and help them reach their full potential.
