Milon Group has acquired Mediapost España, the Spanish subsidiary of the French group Mediaposte SAS


Paris – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Milon Group in the acquisition of Mediapost España, the Spanish subsidiary of the French group Mediaposte SAS.

Based in Madrid, Mediapost España has been a recognized player in promotional marketing for more than 25 years, providing end-to-end solutions to brands, retailers and service companies. With more than 150 employees, the company is organized around two complementary activities: Directia, a logistics operator specializing in promotional, traditional and e-commerce logistics, and Galanta, a specialist in B2B incentive, loyalty and promotional solutions.

Milon Group is an independent European multi-family office with a long-term investment horizon. The firm specializes in mid-sized companies and carve-outs from large groups across Europe, selecting targets with significant operational value-creation potential.

Upon completion of the transaction, the company will operate under the Muviria brand, strengthening its position as a specialist in operational promotional marketing and commercial activation. For Milon Group, this acquisition provides an opportunity to rely on a solid platform with recognized operational expertise, accelerating the development of its value proposition in promotional marketing, logistics, incentive programs and sales activation.
