MinebeaMitsumi has acquired the medical solutions business of Socionext

Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to MinebeaMitsumi in its acquisition of the medical solution business of Socionext.

MinebeaMitsumi is a Japanese multinational manufacturer of mechanical components and electronic devices.

Socionext is a SoC company with a presence in Japan, Asia and America. Their IP offerings include a range of applications, including automotive, data center & network, and smart devices.

This transaction closed on 10 December 2024.
