MinebeaMitsumi Inc. has acquired Honda Tsushin Kogyo Co.

Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to MinebeaMitsumi Inc. in its acquisition of Honda Tsushin Kogyo Co.

The Mitsumi Electric Co., Ltd. was a Japanese manufacturer of consumer electronic components, founded in 1954. On January 27, 2017, Minebea merged with Mitsumi to form MinebeaMitsumi.

Honda Tsushin Kogyo Co. specialises in connector components in both wire and fibre optic format. They specialise in both the system design and software development of these products.
