Mobimo has acquired EMWE
Zurich – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Mobimo Holding AG in its acquisition of EMWE Holding AG.
Mobimo is the third largest real estate company in Switzerland and is listed on the stock exchange. With a portfolio of commercial and residential investment and development properties across Switzerland, they are committed to maintaining professional and respectful relationships with its buyers and tenants, adding real estate value through development, and supporting sustainability and quality of life in its properties.
EMWE is a architectural office which also owns and operates a significant real estate portfolio based in Zurich-Oerlikon. Founded by Barbara Walser and Sandro Mezzi in January 2004, their core competencies lie in the development, planning and implementation of construction projects for private, public and institutional clients as well as their own properties.
