Nippon Antenna has sold of the shares of its subsidiaries to Shanghai Changfu Electronic Technology Group
Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Nippon Antenna in the sale of the shares of its subsidiaries in China and Suzhou to Shanghai Changfu Electronic Technology Group.
Nippon Antenna, a Japan-based company, designs, manufactures, and sells television reception, telecommunications, and security equipment both domestically and internationally.
Shanghai Changfu Electronic Technology Group is a technology innovation company.
