Omnes Médical has acquired LVM88, LVM52, Prest Equip, and LVM14
Paris – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Omnes Médical, a network of medical device distribution companies, in the acquisition of LVM88, LVM52, Prest Equip, and LVM14, a group specializing in healthcare services.
Founded in 2023 by Thomas Ringeisen and Léo Spector, Omnes Médical was created with the aim of bringing together expertise to better serve healthcare professionals. The company has quickly established itself as a key player in the medical distribution sector, driven by a growth strategy based on acquisitions. Following the integration of Matecir Défibril, Meditest, and Fyzéa in 2024, Omnes Médical continues its expansion with this latest acquisition.
Founded by Cédric Jacquet, alongside his partners Sébastien Rose, Jonathan Christophe, Fabrice Mervelet, and Jean-Baptiste Viard, the acquired group specializes in the sale and rental of medical equipment. By partnering with pharmacies to ensure maximum proximity, the company enables comprehensive patient care, continuous support, and personalized advice, backed by its team of experienced professionals.
Convinced that distribution is becoming an increasingly strategic link in the healthcare system, Omnes Médical strengthens its presence with healthcare professionals (nursing homes, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies) through the five regional structures of the acquired group. In 2025, Omnes Médical will continue its development, supported by Cédric Jacquet and his partners, who are now shareholders of Omnes Médical.
