For Exakt Fijnmechanika, joining Synologies HT provides a strong platform to further professionalise its operations and future-proof the organisation. It joins a group that includes PM, Elect High-Tech Electronics, Axxicon + HD Precision, and HTM Technologies – together forming a strong network of Dutch high-tech manufacturing companies.
CFI’s role in the process
Building on a trusted relationship developed over previous collaborations, OxGreenfield once again engaged CFI to advise on the sale of one of its portfolio companies. In this transaction, CFI provided end-to-end support to OxGreenfield and Exakt Fijnmechanika, from early-stage preparations and strategic positioning to a targeted outreach to relevant industrial buyers. CFI also led negotiations, coordinated the due diligence process, and structured the transaction. These efforts resulted in a successful closing on 11 July 2025.
