Peter / Lacke has acquired 10% of the shares it did not already own in its JV in Poland
Düsseldorf – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Peter / Lacke in the acquisition of shares it did not already own in its JV in Poland.
First founded as a paint shop by Ernst Peter in 1906, Peter / Lacke is currently a German producer of coatings, mainly for the automotive sector, but also for various other applications such as glass and metal coatings. With over half its workforce involved in the research and development process, Peter / Lacke is devoted to delivering quality products and coatings.
Peter Lacke Poland is the Polish subsidiary / JV of the Peter Lacke Group. It was owned by 50% by Peter / Lacke Holdling and 50% by its Managing Director. With this transaction, Peter / Lacke Holding AG obtains a further 10% and a majority share.
This transaction closed on 1 August 2022.
