Private and concerted schools´ educational group has obtained long-term financing from Zenon
Madrid – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Novaschool in its acquisition of long-term financing from the debt fund Zenon with the aim of restructuring its debt and pursuing inorganic growth through the acquisition of an educational center.
Novaschool is a private and concerted (semi-private) schools´ educational group based in southern Spain, focused on managing bilingual schools. It offers education from early childhood to high school, with an emphasis on academic quality, innovative teaching methods, and sustainability. The group also provides complementary services and extracurricular activities across all educational stages.
Zenon is a private debt fund that provides financing to mid-sized companies in Spain and Portugal. Its objective is to support restructuring processes, inorganic growth, and expansion through flexible financing solutions. The fund focuses on strategic sectors and actively supports the companies it invests in.
