Helsinki – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Puhdas Group in its acquisition by Reledo that provides tailored facility management solutions to the SME segment.
Puhdas Group is full-service B2B cleaning company operating in Helsinki and Turku regions as well as in Tuusula.
The acquirer Reledo is a group of entrepreneur-led companies that together provide tailored facility management solutions to the SME segment. They are backed by Celero Capital, a Nordic lower mid-market private equity firm that is focused on the services, consumer goods and niche industrials sectors.
