Renters Pl has sold a majority share to Enterprise Investors
Warsaw – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Renters Sp. z o.o. in the transaction of sale of majority stake in the company to Enterprise Investors Fund.
Founded in 2018, Renters is the leading and fastest growing short-term rental property management company in Poland. It manages over 2,000 rental apartments in key tourist regions and cities. In 2022 the company generated a gross booking value of nearly PLN 130 million, and looks to grow from there.
Enterprise Investors is a leading private equity firm operating in Poland and CEE countries with a successful track record of investing in 153 companies since 1990, with a total investment of 2.2 billion EUR.
This acquisition provides an excellent platform to consolidate the fragmented short-term rental market in Poland, and help maintain the high quality services there-within.
