Helsinki – CFI is pleased to announce that is acted as exclusive financial advisor to Revire in its acquisition by Revalence Oy, the Finland based investment Holding Company backed by Gallant.
Revire Perintä is a Finnish debt collection company made up of a team of highly skilled professionals specialized in debt recovery processes. They focus on serving the public sector with expertise, reliability, and a deep understanding of municipal and government needs.
Gallant is a Finnish expert organization with over 60 years of heritage in financial administration. Founded in 2019 through the merger of Gylling Accounting and Leppävaaran Laskenta, Gallant offers comprehensive services in financial management, HR, taxation, and business law—supporting companies throughout their entire lifecycle.
Operating in both Finland and the Netherlands, Gallant employs around 200 professionals. Gallants mission is to help businesses stay ahead by providing holistic support for growth and development.
