ROSSETTI has been acquired by HOK


Detroit, MI – CFI USA (PMCF Investment Banking) is pleased to announce it served as the exclusive financial advisor to ROSSETTI in its sale to HOK, a global design, architecture, engineering, and planning firm.

Headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, ROSSETTI is an internationally recognized architecture firm with a 57-year legacy focused on sports, recreation, and entertainment venues and environments. The third-generation, family-owned firm is led by President Matt Rossetti and is widely known for delivering world-class venues for professional sports organizations, entertainment operators, and institutional clients. ROSSETTI’s portfolio includes the Formula1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, Detroit’s Ford Field, and Cosm Detroit, among many other landmark projects. The firm also brings deep expertise across professional training and performance facilities, arenas, sports anchored mixed use developments and commercial properties.

HOK is one of the largest design, architecture, engineering, and planning firms globally, with a network of studios across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Following the transaction, ROSSETTI’s Detroit studio will serve as a key hub for HOK’s expanded global Sports + Recreation + Entertainment practice and a platform for serving clients throughout the Midwest. Matt Rossetti will become Director of HOK’s Sports + Recreation + Entertainment practice.
