Rudholm Group and Betamax have been acquired by ITL Group
Gothenburg – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Rudholm Group and Betamax in their acquisition by ITL Group.
Rudholm Group and Bamatex are both headquartered in Borås. Rudholm Group supplies labelling, packaging and trims solutions to brands and retailers across the fashion and retail industry, backed by strong customer relationships and a growing digital portfolio: Digital Product Passports, RFID/NFC and Variable Data Cloud®. Bamatex, its sister company, is one of Sweden’s largest textile processors with 60 years of experience in heat transfers, woven labels, embroidery, reflective materials (3M Scotchlite) and imitation leather, all under one roof.
