RV Plastiques Ouest has been acquired by MILON Group

Paris – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive advisor to RV Plastiques Ouest on its sale to MILON Group.

RV Plastiques Ouest is a specialist in recycling industrial plastic waste. Composed of 125 employees spread across two state-of-the-art industrial sites in Pays de la Loire, including:

• Vernie: specialising in recycling PVC from construction (profiles, pipes, conduits), with an annual capacity of 18,000 tonnes (micronized and granulated materials).
• Landemont: specialising in the valorisation of agricultural and commercial LDPE films, with a processing capacity of 34,000 tonnes of R LDPE (translucent, colorable, or black).

Following this transaction, the company has been renamed RVPO.

MILON Group is a European multifamily office that focuses its investments on carve outs of businesses across Europe that show significant potential for operational value creation.
