Suanfarma has acquired a majority stake in Monteloeder
Madrid – CFI Spain is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Suanfarma in its acquisition of a majority stake in Monteloeder.
Suanfarma is a Spain-based leader in the development, production and commercialization of ingredients for the pharmaceutical, veterinary and nutraceutical industries.
Monteloeder is an established global leader in providing innovative, scientifically researched, botanical ingredients for dietary supplements, foods and beverages.
