Swiss architecture firm hemmi fayet has been acquired by ATP architekten ingenieure
Zurich – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to hemmi fayet Architekten AG office regarding the sale of their company to ATP architekten ingenieure.
Founded in 1995, hemmi fayet is a Swiss architect company with a focus on healthcare infrastructure. Currently employing roughly 30 engineers, hemmi fayet oversees projects every step of the way, taking a holistic view on both short and long term construction goals. It is to be sold as part of the owner’s succession planning.
ATP architekten ingenieure is an Austrian group of professional architecture services companies with a major footprint in the DACH region. With over 1,000 employees, ATP provides integrated solutions for complex building projects across Europe.
