Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to T-Gaia Corporation in its acquisition of CCC Frontier Inc, a subsidiary of Culture Convenience Club Co.
T-Gaia Corporation is a Japan-based information technology (IT) company. The Company operates in three business segments. The Mobile segment provides subscription agency services for mobile phone users to join communication network, and distributes mobile phones to general consumers.
CCC Frontier Inc. is a Japanese manufacturer of mobile phone cases and associated accessories.
