TAUW Group has acquired planwerk elbe GmbH
Düsseldorf – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to TAUW on its acquisition of planwerk elbe GmbH.
TAUW is a European consultancy and engineering firm with a strong position in environmental advice and the sustainable development of the living environment. From offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain and Italy, TAUW works with more than 1,200 dedicated employees on a beautiful, clean, safe and sustainable living environment.
Planwerk elbe has been working as a general planner for industrial, commercial and administrative buildings since 1980. With a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals, planwerk elbe specialises in providing comprehensive solutions for complex and challenging projects.
The acquisition is in line with the growth strategy of both TAUW Group and TAUW Germany and fits in perfectly with TAUW’s endeavours to consolidate and expand its business in the area of large interdisciplinary site development projects. This acquisition allows planwerk elbe and TAUW to create synergies and enhance their consultancy services throughout Germany and the rest of Europe, with the ultimate goal of promoting a vital living environment.
