Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce it provided Financial advisory work related to the acquisition by TOYO WORK of the manufacturing contracting business division owned by the Japanese subsidiary of Randstad N.V.
Randstad N.V. is a Dutch multinational human resource consulting firm headquartered in Diemen, Netherlands. Its Japanese division specialises in manufacturing contracts.
The acquirer, Toyo Work, is a manufacturing worker distribution business that was first founded in 1976. They are currently based in Sendai, Japan.
