Tibnor continues to expand by acquiring Askim’s Rostfria Stål and Imero Höglund
Gothenburg – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as advisor and project manager in the acquisition of Askim’s Rostfria Stål in Gothenburg and Imero Höglund in Västerås by Tibnor.
Tibnor is a wholly owned subsidiary of SSAB that supplies industry in the Nordics and Baltics with steel, metals and processing services. Tibnor has a turnover of approx. SEK 8.2 billion.
Askims Rostfria Stål was founded in 1979 and is a wholesale company prioritizing a high service level and personal customer relationships. The organization possess extensive experience and deep product knowledge.
Imero Höglunds is a wholesaler that offers aluminium, copper, brass and stainless steel. The company has the Nordics’ broadest range of welded stainless steel pipes and as well as machine park for cutting/sawing. Together the companies have a turnover of approx. SEK 130m with good profitability.
