Tresmares Capital has taken a minority stake in Rioja Nature Pharma
Madrid – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Rioja Nature Pharma in its sale of a minority stake to Tresmares Capital through a sharecapital increase.
Rioja Nature Pharma is a leading dietary supplements manufacturer for third parties with expected revenues of >€40M in 2023.
Tresmares Capital is a pan-European growth-focused alternative investment firm operating in Spain, the United Kingdom and Portugal. Founded in 2020 and comprising a team of 50 investment professionals, the firm offers an extensive range of financing solutions to both high-growth SMEs and their private equity backers.
This transaction closed in November 2023.
