Ultimate Bullbars specialise in the design and manufacture of bullbars for small and medium truck models for customers Australia wide.

Tuff Australia is a leading Australian distributor and manufacturer of vehicle frontal protection systems, ute trays and canopies and is a nationally recognised, well-respected brand in the aftermarket accessory industry.

The transaction closed July 2022.
